The security vulnerability “Log4shell” currently poses an extremely great threat to companies and organisations around the world. Log4shell affects the widely used program library “Log4j” of the Java programming language. The amount of potentially affected systems is enormous, as the Java programming language is implemented on several billion products, applications and devices worldwide.
Our customers can breathe a sigh of relief: we hereby clarify that ComFin Software’s systems are not affected by Log4shell. Our systems are based on technologies that were not developed in Java and are therefore not affected by the current security vulnerability.
