Austria-based E/CTRM Company ComFin Software has been acquired by N & D Beteiligungs-GmbH, a newly-registered holding company co-owned by Mr. Gerald Neher and his partner Mr. Gunther Dauner.
ComFin is a well-established E/CTRM-industry player, having been active across 13 countries for 20+ years. ComFin was formerly owned by Soinco, JBC Vienna, and PVM Oil Associates. By the end of 2018 N & D Beteiligungs-GmbH has bought the ownership of ComFin Software.
ComFin’s management looks forward to continuing its world-class support of its customers around the globe. With ComFin’s out-of-the-box systems TheBulldog and Comcore underpinning its industry-leading suite of E/CTRM solutions, as well as highly-specific tailor-made solutions, ComFin supports the trading and risk management activities of many of the biggest names in the oil industry the world over.
